Burning Bush Story - Bible
Send Wishes with Message Magic in Your Language.Once upon a time, Moses was taking care of sheep in the desert. He led them to Mount Horeb, which is also called the Mountain of God.
Suddenly, Moses saw something amazing! A bush was on fire, but it was not burning up. The flames kept dancing, but the bush stayed green. Moses said to himself, 'I must go closer and see this strange sight. Why is the bush not burning?'
When the Lord saw Moses coming closer, God called out from the bush, 'Moses! Moses!'
Moses answered, 'Here I am.'
God said, 'Do not come any closer. Take off your sandals, because you are standing on holy ground. I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.'
Moses covered his face because he was afraid to look at God.
The Lord said, 'I have seen how sad my people are in Egypt. I have heard them crying because of their slave masters. I know their suffering. I have come down to save them and bring them to a good and beautiful land. So now, go! I am sending you to Pharaoh. You will bring my people, the Israelites, out of Egypt!'
But Moses was scared. He said, 'Who am I to go to Pharaoh? I cannot speak well. Please send someone else.'
God said, 'I will be with you. I will help you speak. I will tell you what to say. Now go, Moses. I am sending you!'
So Moses trusted God. He took off his sandals and bowed on the holy ground. He said, 'Here I am, Lord. Send me!'
